about us
Messiah Evangelical Lutheran Church is a community of faith, striving to live life in Christ. We love it when others join us in this effort. We love it so much that we welcome everyone to come along, inclusive of age, race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions, family structure, political affiliation, physical or mental ability or disability, varied life and faith experience, as well as anyone who may have been told they don’t belong.

As part of this welcome, we publicly commit ourselves to the ongoing work of racial equity and anti-racism, trusting that God continues to call the church toward justice, repentance, and new life together.
We invite everyone to join us in this common life, fully sharing in the worship, rites, and sacraments of this church.
An excellent time to visit would be in worship on Sunday mornings, currently held at 9:30 am both on YouTube and in person. In worship, you can expect a relaxed, but “traditional” liturgy. Feel free to wear your favorite jeans or your best suit or Sunday dress. You’ll find folks dressed either way and every way in between.
If you have any questions about who we are as a community of faith in this place, please feel free to contact us. We thank you for visiting with us here and hope you’ll visit us in person soon!
