Service of Wholeness

In the first hymn, we sing, “Yet in our hearts we would confess that wholeness is our deepest need.” This is a service of prayer for wholeness, not just physical healing. We recognize that, in many cases, we experience a sense of brokenness within ourselves, with our neighbors, with the world around us, and even with God.  

There are three elements of this service. The first is confession and hearing God’s healing words of grace. The second is anointing for healing. And the third is holy communion that we celebrate in community. You may choose to participate in any or all parts of the service or not, as you are comfortable.
